VTS Introduces Complete Suite for Tenant Relationship Management

Having a total understanding of your asset management portfolio is essential for retaining high-quality tenants. Until now, there hasn’t been a tool that efficiently understood connections and provided insights across an organization. VTS created its new Tenant Relationship Management (TRM) to revolutionize the way asset managers access tenant information and leverage data for better relationships.

Designed specifically for commercial real estate management, TRM provides organization-wide total portfolio visibility for landlords and asset managers by bringing the data together in one place. It automates the network effect within commercial real estate profiles allowing users to harness the cumulative power of tenant relationships.

"At VTS, our vision is to create tools that enable users to focus on what's most important: building lasting relationships and closing deals," said Nick Romito, co-founder and CEO, VTS, the industry’s leading leasing and asset management service. “TRM revolutionizes the way users access tenant data, so they have the business intelligence they need to better leverage relationships and close deals faster."

VTS users upgrading to TRM premium, available in November, will be able to leverage its total power, including features such as:

  • Tenant insights: Boost client retention by viewing their complete portfolio of contacts, leases, deals, and TIMs. TRM records all tenant activities in a centralized location and uses this data to increase tenant satisfaction.

  • Encourage collaboration: Easily share tenant insights with colleagues, helping deals close more efficiently and reducing vacancy.

  • Pinpoint priority tenants: Sort tenants by various metrics to identify high-priority clients based on annual revenue, industry type, or rented square feet. Prepare for worst-case scenarios like an industry downturn or looming downsize to see the impact on the asset’s bottomline.

  • Automated alerts: Receive email alerts regarding existing tenant relationships with detailed intelligence on their activity across the network.

The suite of tools is an extension of the core VTS platform. Select TRM tools will be available as part of the standard platform to current VTS customers in October.

VTS is a leading asset management and leasing platform providing instant portfolio analytics to the world’s top property and brokerage firms. Owners and brokers rely on VTS to identify trends, quantify performance, and manage activity. Over 2.5 billion square feet of CRE is under VTS management.
