Flyer is out to reinvigorate a tried-and-true real estate marketing tactic (property fliers) by bringing them online and outfitting them with all the bells and whistles.
Founded by Isaac Herrara, who drew on his experience working for CBRE and Grubb & Ellis, and backed by 500 Startup Partners, Dave McClure and Christine Tsai, Flyer has all the momentum behind it to make its mark in this new age of real estate marketing.

Flyer IO can play an integral role in increasing the effectiveness of a property’s marketing campaign in the following ways because, according to the company website, it allows users to:
- Build 360 degree, fully interactive models of the properties they are marketing
- Share fliers by importing contacts and generating email blast campaigns. From there, they can organize leads and further spread the word across all of the different social media channels
- Use analytics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and tweak based on the feedback to increase effectiveness
